1. Who Can Use myShakti.ai and How Accounts Work

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. We don't knowingly allow anyone younger than 18 to create an account or use our platform.

You're also responsible for everything that happens under your account, whether you did it or not. So, choose a strong password and keep it safe!

2. What You Can and Can't Do with Our Services

We give you permission to use our Services as long as you follow these Terms. This permission is personal to you and can't be transferred to anyone else. Basically, you can use our Services for their intended purpose, but you can't do anything illegal or harmful. Here are some more specific examples of things you can't do:

• Service Updates: We're always working to improve our Services, so we might update or change them from time to time. We'll try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes that might affect you.

3. Who Owns What: Content and Output

• Your Content: You own the content you create and upload to our Services ("Your Content"). Think of this as anything you post, share, or store on our platform. By uploading Your Content, you give us permission to use it to provide and improve the Services. This means we can store it, display it, and make it available to other users (depending on your privacy settings).
• Our Content: We own the Services themselves, including all the underlying technology, software, and designs. We also own the content we create and make available on the platform ("Our Content"). You can't use Our Content without our permission.
• Output and Ownership: Any output generated by the Services based on your input ("Output") is owned by us. However, we grant you a license to use this Output for your personal, non-commercial use. You can stop using our Services whenever you want by closing your account. We can also stop your access if you break these Terms, if your account is inactive, or for other reasons.

7. We Don't Make Any Promises (Guarantees)

We provide our Services "as is," which means without any guarantees. We don't promise they'll be perfect, error-free, or always available.

8. Our Responsibility Is Limited

We're not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages you might experience from using our Services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or INR 100, whichever is greater.

9. You'll Protect Us (Indemnification)

You agree to protect us from any legal claims that arise from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

10. Where Disputes Will Be Resolved

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes related to these Terms or our Services will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, India.

11. The Entire Agreement

These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. It supersedes any previous agreements or discussions we might have had.

12. If Something in These Terms Is Invalid

If a court finds that part of these Terms is invalid, the rest of the Terms will still apply.

13. If We Don't Enforce Something Right Away

If we don't enforce a particular part of these Terms right away, that doesn't mean we won't enforce it later.
